So correspondingly, there’re 2 steps for building a popup: to create a button and to create the popup. However, you must create the popup before the button.
Step 1: Create the pop-up
Go to Dashboard > FOX Blocks > Add New and you can name it as My Pop-up. For the option “This Block is being used for:”, you can just choose General purpose (ie. don’t change it).
Step 2: Edit the popup with Elementor. Here you add the content to your popup. It can be anything: a message, a newsletter subscribe form.. It’s all up to you.
In case you want to add a Newsletter Form, you should install Mailchimp For WP plugin and use FOX Form element.
After creating the content, hit “Publish” to save it.
Step 3: Create the button
Now, in your Elementor page, add FOX Button element. Then give it the settings like images below:
Now, try to click it, it’ll open the popup with the Subscribe form. You can adjust padding, background for your popup as you want to.
Now save your page, you have a button that opens a popup.
