Table of Contents
Fox is wide-layout by default. Enable boxed layout at Customize > Design > Site Layout > Site Layout, select “Boxed”.
Note: background is only set for boxed layout. To set site background, please go to Customize > Design > Background. Make sure that you have enabled Boxed layout before.
To use background pattern instead of image, please use some pattern image. In the demo, we used a pattern downloaded from Subtle Pattern.
With pattern, you should set background size to Auto and Background Repeat to Repeat.
The inner background is the background of the content inside the box in boxed layout.
By default, Fox is right-sidebared. You can set sidebar position to the left, right or disable it (make it fullwidth). Because Fox is highly customizable so there’re addresses to change sidebar behaviour:
Homepage Sidebar: To change homepage sidebar state, go to Customize > Homepage Builder > Main Stream > Main Stream Sidebar.
Archive Sidebar: Go to Customize > Archives > Archive Layouts then change the sidebar position for each archive type you want (category, tag, search..)
Each individual category/tag sidebar: Go to edit category/tag screen then change Sidebar State there.
Post Sidebar: For global sidebar position that applies for all posts, go to Customize > Single Post > Single Post Layout > Sidebar. You can also change sidebar position for each individual post in each post edit screen, Post Settings > General tab.
Page Sidebar: For global sidebar position that applies for all pages, go to Customize > Page > Page Sidebar. You can also change sidebar position for each individual page in each page edit screen, Page Settings > General tab.
Shop Sidebar: Go to Customize > WooCommerce > Fox Options > Shop Sidebar. The WooCommerce section is only available when you’ve installed WooCommerce.
Below demos are just examples. More to come in the future and you can mix their features. If you see one feature in a demo, you can use it in any other demos. All demos are included in the download package and ready to import in 5 minutes.
